The Camera Obscura Gallery's 2009 Call for Entries, The Art of Photography Today, brought to our attention a large number of talented artists from around the world. More than 300 photographers participated, yielding 1,399 images. We thoroughly enjoyed reviewing this diverse collection of images. Thank you for your patience in awaiting the results. We would also like to take this opportunity to gratefully acknowledge Beth Nelson, who processed the many entries and handled all the details involved. Without her, this competition would not have happened.
